Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for Executive Retail Engineering (Civil)

Education: BSc. / BE Civil Engineering
No of Positions: 1
Experience: 3 to 5 years (experience in OMC is must)
Responsible for Site Surveys, Initial drafting / BOQ’s preparation, supervision, manage construction of retail outlets all Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works / activities as well as Modification / Maintenance jobs of the retail outlets.

Job Description:

Detailed survey of retail outlets.
Preparation of initial proposal drawings, and cost estimates with consent of Retail team & dealer as per APL & Govt. Department standards.
Coordination with head office support team section & Retail regional team for issuance of DCO NOCs, and explosive cases.
Submission & follow-up of explosive cases to the explosive department with coordination of the Retails team.
Construction supervision / Support for timely completion of under-construction / commissioned site activities according to APL HSE standard/specification, scheduled project plan & approved budget.
Construction supervision / Support for timely completion of Company Financed sites according to APL HSE standard/specification, scheduled project plan & approved budget.
Reporting/coordination with the head office support team & Retail team for any delay in construction & illegal construction/constraints.
Submission of monthly progress review report along with site pictures.
Timely provision of the Company’s investment through MRN (Material request note) at sites through the Engineering Support Team with the consent of the Retail team.
Ensure best quality control for all kinds of civil, and electrical works & signage, dispensing units, steel canopy & steel storage tanks through proper inspection / maintaining of proper checklist at the time of delivery & installation.
Preparation of retail outlets’ annual license renewal cases with consent of the Regional Retails team & Head Office Support Team. Submission of annual renewal to explosive department & follow-up till issuance of final renewed licenses.
Responsible for all types of maintenance works of commissioned retail outlets & coordinated between head office support team & technicians for efficiently closing of complaints.
To manage to keep & prepare Project Files with routine updating of all documents Document Control System.
Using computer-aided design (CAD) packages for designing projects.
Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery.
Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as petroleum permits, Explosives, Local & government regulations, and safety on all work assignments.
Any additional job assigned by Line Manager / Management.
