Eligibility: The candidate must be a Graduate with 3-5 years of experience as Territory Sales Manager/ Area Business Manager
Experience: Ideally from Automotive background

Responsibilities include:

1. Service Business Management:

• Drive customer retention initiatives and enhance workshop footfall.
• Develop and implement service marketing activities to improve customer engagement.
• Monitor service operations to ensure compliance with Toyota standards.
• Identify and address gaps in customer experience and service processes.
• Provide strategic support to dealerships for business enhancement.

2. Parts Business Management:

• Monitor dealership parts inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Streamline the payment cycle and improve cash flow management.
• Support dealerships in reducing obsolescence and slow-moving inventory.
• Ensure dealerships meet Toyota’s standardization requirements for parts operations.
• Drive parts sales growth through strategic planning and dealership support.

3. Value Chain Products:

• Promote and enhance sales of Toyota Value Chain products Extended Warranty, PPM, TPP, Accessories, etc..
• Work closely with dealerships to increase penetration of value chain offerings.
• Analyze market trends and implement best practices to maximize revenue streams.

4. Business Development & Performance Monitoring:

• Set dealership performance targets and ensure achievement through regular monitoring.
• Conduct periodic business reviews with dealerships to assess progress.
• Develop and implement action plans to address underperformance.
• Train and support dealership teams for improved operational efficiency.

5. Compliance & Standardization:

• Ensure dealerships adhere to Toyota’s operational, service, and parts standards.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality service levels.
• Implement corrective measures where necessary to align with Toyota’s guidelines.

6. Relationship Management:

• Act as a key liaison between Toyota Pakistan and dealership management.
• Provide ongoing support and consultancy to improve dealership profitability.
• Address and resolve dealership concerns related to aftersales operations.
