We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager – Candyland to support brand marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution, with strong analytical and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute brand marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and market share.
-Assist in product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
-Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, R&D, and design to ensure brand consistency.
-Manage social media and brand communication strategies.
-Track and analyze brand performance through sales data and marketing KPIs.
Skills & Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-2-4 years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Creativity and ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
-Excellent communication and project management skills.
