WE’RE HIRING Deputy General Manager Sales & Marketing (Corporate)
We are looking for a results-driven Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Sales & Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and improve market positioning. The candidate must have links & connections within the government contractors, i.e., Public Health Commission, GHQ, Army Housing, Chinoy Engineering, etc. & will support the General Manager in the formulation of policies and lead teams to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and enhance brand presence.
Qualification Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience Required
- 5-6 years experience in the corporate sector.
- At least 2 years in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Create and manage sales targets and objectives, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term vision.
- Lead the development of marketing strategies to promote products/services and strengthen brand identity.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitors, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and innovation within the department.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
