We are HIRING Assistant Manager Learning & OD
Strengthening the learning culture in the organization, conducting training needs assessment (TNA) and post TNA activities. Develop, maintain and roll out complete annual training plan and calendar for in-house trainings. Deliver and conduct in-house trainings. Assess and understand organizational needs and suggest development programs that drive change and growth. Design and implement leadership development programs, including succession planning, coaching, and mentoring, creating and maintaining an inclusive, positive organizational culture.
ELIGIBILITY
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or certification is a plus. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on Learning & OD.
