LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and control accounts payable ageing and levels. Liaise with all approved payables to maintain good relationship and ensure all invoices are paid within credit terms, if necessary.
• Ensure all journal entries are supported with relevant documents and no omission of journal entries posting to General Ledger.  
• Conduct ageing analysis and review on clearing accounts prepared by Accounts Payable team as applicable.
• Track and analyze operating expenses, payments, and resource allocations to optimize financial efficiency.
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with Budgeting and forecasts.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports on budget performance, cost trends, and variances for Chief Executive Officer’s monthly dashboard.
• Monitor and review accrual processes and amounts on a regular basis
• Prepare and maintain VAT control accounts and calculations.
• Preparing Board reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
• Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes.
• Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements.
• Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.  
• The ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in financial planning software such as Oracle Financials, XERO and Microsoft Excel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Should have an accreditation from the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB).
• Work Experience: 5 years of experience working with various aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, diagnosing vision problems, and prescribing corrective lenses or treatment plans. The role involves working closely with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal eye care for patients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and detect eye conditions.
• Prescribe and fit eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
• Diagnose common eye disorders such as refractive errors, glaucoma, and cataracts.
• Advise patients on eye care, vision therapy, and preventive measures.
• Refraction & Cycloplegic Refraction (Including Pediatric Refraction)
• Orthoptic Assessment
• Perform visual field testing, retinal imaging, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Assist ophthalmologists in advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records, prescriptions, and treatment histories.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

• Ophthalmic History & Examination – Basic exam, slit lamp, and fundus examination.
• Autorefraction & Refraction – Subjective and objective refraction, including cycloplegic refraction.
• Low Vision Assessment & Counseling
• Orthoptic Assessment & Amblyopia Counseling
• Contact Lens Prescription & Counseling – Both soft and hard lenses.
• Strong knowledge of eye diseases, refraction, and optical prescriptions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Academic Qualification: BS Vision Science.
• Work Experience: Minimum 3 Years of experience in an eye clinic, hospital, or optical center.
