Position: 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞
Location: Korangi, Karachi
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Accurately record local and import supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Verify invoices against Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Purchase Orders, and relevant Import Documentation.
- Prepare and maintain the Accounts Payable Ageing Report for outstanding liabilities, including both local and import transactions.
- Process and verify import invoices, ensuring alignment with Bill of Entry, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Letter of Credit (LC) terms.
- Regularly reconcile local and import vendor accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolution of disputes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and relevant tax laws.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or finance roles, with a focus on local and import transactions.
