We are seeking a skilled professional to join our PD team who has expertise in Denim Fabric Development. This role is crucial for driving our business forward and establishing benchmarks that align with the best industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare basic materials and data for collections and developments.
Create TDS (Technical Data Sheets) in accordance with required specifications.
Evaluate fabric developments and maintain records of all previous samples.
Maintain records of analysis, lab dips, and customer references for approval.
Act as the point of contact between sales, production, and yarn teams to ensure seamless development at every stage.
Compare customer swatches or garments against existing articles for color and fabric matching.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or related field is preferred.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the denim development industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
Advanced decision-making skills, with a focus on problem-solving and timely resolutions.
Excellent organizational and target-oriented skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of textile and denim development processes, particularly fabric evaluation and swatch matching.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
