Position: Stock Take & Overage Reconciliation Specialist -P2
- Monitor and ensure completion of tasks assigned during meetings, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments.
- Prepare and analyze stock take variances, collaborating with SBUs and management to address discrepancies.
- Facilitate variance adjustments in partnership with SBUs and management, ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Prepare data for weekly overage meetings with management, PPMC Heads, R&D, and Quality teams.
- Participate in on-site visits to observe and understand operational processes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Oversee and conduct physical inventory counts to verify stock levels and ensure accuracy.
- Ensure accurate recording of physical stock counts into the inventory management system, maintaining data integrity.
- Assess stock take results, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Any Task Assign by HOD.
- Education: MBA/CMA/ACCA
- Experience: 3 to 5 Years relevant experience
