Position Title: Manager Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I)

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of all electrical and instrumentation systems.
Ensure the reliability and availability of critical power plant equipment, including turbines, generators, transformers, and control systems.
Lead, mentor, and develop the E&I team to enhance performance and efficiency.
Coordinate daily operations and respond to maintenance requirements with the client.
Coordinate with client on technical issues, troubleshooting, and system improvements.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
Manage plant automation, PLC, and DCS systems to ensure smooth operation.
Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and safety teams for cross-functional efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor coordination for E&I-related projects.

Key Skills and Competencies:

· Strong expertise in PLC, DCS, SCADA, electrical Protection Systems, and Instrument Calibrations etc.
· Knowledge of industry standards, NTDC Grid Codes and QEHS protocols for power plants.
· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualification: B.Sc./BE in Electrical Engineering

Experience: Minimum 10-12 years in E&I in the field of power generation with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Location: Cogeneration Power Plant in Punjab, Pakistan.
