National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), a leading International Engineering Consultancy Company requires the services of the following Professionals on contract basis for its various projects.

AGRICULTURE DIVISION:

HORTICULTURIST

B.Sc./M.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture degree having at least 15 years of relevant experience preferably in management of horticultural crops under high efficiency irrigation systems (HEIS). The candidates should have the experience of providing support to the client in imparting trainings to professional staff and beneficiary farmers in horticultural operations and preparation of training curriculum and training plans. In addition, preference will be given to the practical experience of candidates in designing, planning, execution & supervision of landscaping of roads (motorways, highways, greenbelts, median), housing, park projects along with verification & certification of landscape works on MB.

GEOTECHNICAL & GEOENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DIVISION:

SENIOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree preferably Masters in Geotechnical Engineering having atleast 5 years relevant design experience of dams & hydropower projects.

SENIOR GEOLOGIST

B.Sc. (Hons.)/M.Sc. Applied Geology degree (minimum 16 years of education) having at least 5 years experience preferably in geotechnical investigations, tunneling and quality control/ assurance of construction materials on construction of dams, irrigation and hydropower projects or other relevant experience. Candidates having specialization in engineering geology or other discipline along with engineering related work experience shall be preferred.

JUNIOR/SENIOR GEOLOGISTS

B.Sc. (Hons.)/M.Sc. Applied Geology degree (minimum 16 years of education) with the minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above having 1 to 5 years of experience preferably in geotechnical investigations, tunneling and quality control/ assurance of construction materials on construction of dams, irrigation and hydropower projects or other relevant experience. Candidates having specialization in engineering geology or other discipline along with engineering related work experience shall be preferred.

RESIDENT ENGINEERS (CIVIL)

B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree having at least 10 years of experience preferably in construction of dams, barrages and hydropower plants.

SENIOR/PRINCIPAL ENGINEERS (CONTRACTS)

B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree having at least 6 years experience preferably in contract administration/ interpretation of contracts & construction of mega projects.

SENIOR ENGINEERS (PLANNING/SCHEDULING)

B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree having at least 5 years experience preferably in planning / scheduling on construction projects.

ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEERS (CIVIL/TUNNELS)

B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree having at least 5 years experience preferably in construction of dams, barrages, hydroelectric power plants, etc.

SENIOR ENGINEERS

B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree having at least 5 years experience preferably in design and construction of dams, barrages and hydropower plants in the field of geotechnical/structural works.

9. JUNIOR/SENIOR ENGINEERS

B.Sc. Engineering (Civil, Geological) degree with the minimum CGPA of 3.0 or above having 1 to 5 years experience preferably in design and construction of dams, barrages and hydropower plants in the field of geotechnical / structural works.

SOCIOLOGISTS

Masters degree in Sociology having at least 5 years experience preferably related to safeguards working on various projects in the fields of social, resettlement and ecology.

FORESTERS/ECOLOGISTS

Masters Degree in Ecology/Forestry having at least 10 years experience preferably in the fields of social, resettlement and ecology.

GEO-PHYSICISTS

M.Sc. Geology degree with Specialization in Geo-Physics or M.Sc Geo Physics degree having atleast 2 years experience preferably in engineering geo-physical surveys for site investigations and groundwater studies.

MATERIAL SPECIALISTS

B.Sc. Civil Engineering/M.Sc. Geology degree having at least 15 years relevant experience preferably in roads/dams construction.

CONTRACTS DIVISION:

PRINCIPAL/SENIOR ENGINEERS

B.Sc. Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree having at least 10 years experience preferably in the fields of contract administration, preparation and review of bidding documents, pre-qualification reports, bid evaluation reports and preparation of conformed contract documents. In addition, review of contractor’s extension of time (EoT) & cost claim(s), review of amendments to contract(s), engineer’s decision, review of (MoU), joint venture/consortium agreements, etc will be required.

ENVIRONMENTAL & PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERING DIVISION:

ENVIRONMENTAL/CHEMICAL ENGINEERS

B.Sc. Environmental/Chemical Engineering degree having minimum CGPA of 2.75 or above along with additional certifications including NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, OSHA, etc. The candidates should have at least 2 years experience preferably in environmental impact assessment (EIA) and health, safety & environment (HSE) on projects of mass transit systems. The candidates must be familiar with HSE & environmental sector including study of air, noise, water pollution, ecology, solid waste management & preparation of initial environmental examination (IEE) and EIA studies.

ISLAMABAD OFFICE:

BIO-MEDICAL ENGINEERS

B.Sc./M.Sc. Biomedical Engineering having at least 15 years experience preferably in the field of Biomedical Engineering Consultancy services with proven track record in institutional equipment planning of medical equipment at large hospitals. The candidates should be familiar with all disciplines of medical technology, specification assessment, clinical applications and their infrastructure requirements along with equipment management.
