WE ARE HIRING

Manager Commercial & Procurement to lead cost engineering, strategic sourcing, and supply chain operations for our utility-scale and C&I solar projects. In this role, you will build project cost models, negotiate high-value supply agreements with Tier-1 manufacturers, and optimize SAP/ERP procurement workflows to drive cost optimization and maintain on-time project delivery.

KEY TECH SKILLS: SAP/ERP procurement, Advanced MS Excel (Cost modeling, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cost Engineering: Build dynamic cost estimation models & BOQs for solar projects; conduct TCO/LOCE analysis on Tier-1 hardware.
Strategic Sourcing: Manage end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate high-value supply contracts, SLAs, and Incoterms.
Vendor Management: Maintain and expand a robust database of pre-certified Tier-1 suppliers across modules, inverters, BOS, and EPC subcontractors.
Process Excellence: Drive SAP/ERP procurement workflows (PRs, POs, 3-way invoice matching) and build automated KPI dashboards.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3-6 years of experience in Core Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Procurement (experience in a Solar or Electrical environment is mandatory).
Technical & Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP procurement modules and MS Excel (financial modeling, VBA, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP).
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of solar hardware (Tier-1 modules, string/central inverters, transformers, trackers, BOS) and EPC costing/BOQs.
Core Competencies: Data-driven decision-making, contract law and negotiation of commercial terms, strategic vendor management, cross-functional project execution, and proactive problem-solving.
