Position : Sales Coordinator Genetics
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in promoting and selling genetic testing products and services. This role involves managing customer relationships, processing orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations within the genetics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Process and track customer orders for genetic tests, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Coordinate with laboratories to monitor testing progress and resolve any issues.
Sales Data Management:
- Maintain and update sales databases and customer records related to genetic testing.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and assist in forecasting.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular sales reports, Dashboard and team tracking.
- Present findings to the sales team and management to inform strategy.
Marketing Coordination:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting genetic testing services.
- Assist in organizing educational events or webinars to inform clients about advancements in genetic testing.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for enhancing sales processes and customer experience within the genetics domain.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Experience in sales coordination or customer service, preferably in the healthcare or genetics sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Female will be preferred.
This role is critical in bridging the gap between clients and the sales team, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service while promoting genetic products and services effectively.
The position is based at Lahore Office.
