- Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure, including networking equipment, servers, and hardware systems.
- Provide hands-on IT support for the factory’s day-to-day operations, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor network performance and security, ensuring proper backup and data recovery protocols are in place.
- Train and support factory staff in using IT systems and hardware efficiently.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in networking and hardware.
