Organization: Punjab Highway Patrol

Punjab Highway Patrol is recruiting Band Staff Constables (Scale No. 7) with applicable allowances.

Applications are invited from candidates who meet the following criteria:

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 to 25 years
Height:
- Male Candidates: Minimum 5 feet 7 inches
- Female Candidates: Minimum 5 feet 2 inches
Chest: Minimum 33×34 inches (Male candidates only)
Domicile: Candidates must be domiciled in Punjab province and hold a valid CNIC.
Education: FA/FSc or equivalent from a recognized board (Second Division)
Run:
- Male Candidates: 1 mile in 7 minutes
- Female Candidates: 1 mile in 10 minutes
Experience: Experience in the following skills, such as knowledge of maintaining various hand instruments and technical skills/expertise in playing band instruments (at least five musical instruments).

Instructions for Candidates:

Interested candidates can download the prescribed form from the Punjab Police website: https://punjabpolice.gov.pk
Candidates must submit the application form along with attested copies of all relevant documents and a bank draft of Rs. 100 (form fee) to the regional offices of Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP) from 07.02.2025 to 21.02.2025.
Information regarding the recruitment schedule can be obtained from the Regional Office of Punjab Highway Patrol (PHP).
No relaxation will be given in height, chest, education, and age etc.
Employees from government and semi-government institutions should send their applications through proper channels before the deadline.
Five percent (5%) quota is reserved for minority candidates.
Fifteen percent (15%) quota is reserved for female candidates.
All candidates will undergo tests for height, chest measurement, race, written test, and skill test, and interviews.
Candidates who wish to claim additional marks based on police family claims must attach all relevant documents such as pension book, discharge certificate, order copy, etc., with their application.
All candidates must submit an affidavit stating that they are not nominated/involved/wanted in any FIR (First Information Report) or case. Submitting a false affidavit will result in the candidate being declared ineligible for recruitment in the police and legal action will be taken.
If, at any stage, during the verification of the candidate’s educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, and medical certificate, these documents are found to be fake or unverified, the candidate’s recruitment will be canceled and legal action will be taken.
Initially selected candidates will appear before the medical board after security clearance. Color blind candidates will be ineligible for recruitment.
Only those candidates who are eligible for physical measurement will have their applications processed. The candidate will not be paid any expenses for traveling to attend the various stages of the test.
The authority reserves the right to cancel this recruitment at any stage, whether complete or partial, and it cannot be challenged in any court or forum.
