Position : Deputy Manager Finance
LOCATION: Lahore
Vital Petroleum PVT LTD is looking for Deputy Manager Finance. He will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, compliance, and risk management to support the company’s financial health and strategic growth. This role requires expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance, specifically within the oil marketing industry.
Job Description:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling to support decision- making.
- Analyse financial performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Manage statutory audits, liaising with internal and external auditors.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings
- Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and banking operations
- Optimize capital structure and manage debt financing strategies
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to ensure financial integrity and prevent fraud.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation laws, and financial regulations.
- Advanced financial modelling, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA/ACMA Qualified
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial management. Preferably in OMC.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.
