Position: Culinary Chef (Executive Chef)

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the role of Culinary Chef, based in Karachi.

Join our team as a Culinary Chef where you will be responsible for culinary innovation, ensuring consistent food quality, and training kitchen teams to maintain excellence across all restaurant locations

What we expect from you:

-Developing innovative recipes and menu items that align with brand identity and market trends
-Conducting market research to understand customer preferences and incorporating seasonal items in the menu
-Training and mentoring kitchen staff on new recipes, techniques, and presentation standards
-Leading the onboarding and training of chefs and kitchen teams when opening new restaurant locations
-Developing training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen staff
-Supervising food preparation processes to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
-Developing plating techniques and presentation for menu items ensuring standaridsation across all locations
-Implementing strategies to reduce food waste and optimising kitchen efficient
-Conducting regular food tastings and quality checks to maintain high culinary standards
-Incorporating customer feedback into making necessary adjustments to food quality and recipe
-Ensuring strict adherence to kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and health regulations

What qualifications do we require?

-7-10 years of experience in leading kitchens at renowned hotels and high-end restaurants
-Matriculation or Higher Education Certificate
-Preferably Diploma or Certification from a Culinary School
