LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE, NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY:
Billing officer will be responsible for generating invoice and processing billing transaction for corporate clients. Reporting to the Manager Corporate Billing, this role involves verifying billing information, addressing client inquiries, and assisting with billing reports.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address client inquiries and resolve billing issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of billing reports, analysis, and recommendations for management review.
- Collaboration with team members and other departments to support billing operations and achieve departmental goals.
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness before processing invoice.
- Ensure that all invoices are issued in a timely manner in accordance with hospital policies and client agreements.
- Prepare and generate accurate invoice for corporate clients based on the services provided.
- Assist in the preparation of regular billing reports for internal review and analysis.
- Verify billing information and resolve any discrepancies or errors promptly.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in billing transactions.
- Strong understanding of billing processes, financial principles, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field (preferred)
- Work Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable role is an asset.
