We are looking to add a member to our Engineering (Utilities & Services) team, who is an expert in for overseeing the operational and maintenance activities of Boilers & Oil Heaters, water Turbines, RO & softening Plants, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.

Supervise and coordinate the operational and maintenance activities of Boilers & Oil Heaters, water Turbines, RO & softening Plants
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the reliability and longevity of machinery
Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operation and timely resolution of any issue faced
Conduct regular inspections of machines to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns
Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules
Evaluate the performance of machinery and recommend upgrades or replacements to improve efficiency and productivity
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Good negotiation, strategic, leadership, analytical, interpersonal and pressure-handling skills and has the ability to drive processes through innovation and ownership.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Utilities, preferably in the textile industry with a focus on solid fuel boilers, oil heaters, RO & softening plants. Strong technical knowledge of Boilers, including waste heat recovery systems, pumps, turbines and heat exchangers
Qualification Requirements: Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
