About Us:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Faletti’s Grand Hotel Gujranwala. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office operations, managing online travel agency (OTA) platforms, and utilizing Munshi 10 software.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee front office operations, ensuring efficient check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Manage online travel agency (OTA) platforms, maintaining accurate rates, availability, and content
- Utilize Munshi 10 software for front office operations, ensuring seamless integration with other hotel systems
- Ensure exceptional guest service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the hotel
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front office staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, OTA platforms, and Munshi 10 software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
- Familiarity with hotel operations and front office systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
