Job Opportunities: Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company (PRMSC) is a government-owned not-for-profit company, incorporated under the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. The company is executing a World Bank-funded project titled “Punjab Rural Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Project (PRSWSSP)” in 16 selected tehsils of Punjab.

Positions at Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company – Head Office (PRMSC-HO):

Chief Financial Officer (1 Post)
Qualifications and Experience:

Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the case of Public Sector Companies having total assets of five billion rupees or more.

Alternatively, a person holding a master’s degree in finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the case of other Public Sector Companies.

Deputy Manager Audit (2 Posts)
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Finance, Auditing, Accounting, or Commerce.

Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences.

Experience:

For Master’s degree holders: 5 years of relevant work experience in internal audit, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control, etc.

For Bachelor’s degree holders: 10 years of relevant work experience in public expenditure audit, internal controls, risk assessment, fiduciary control, etc.

Associate (Capacity Building) (2 Posts)
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in HRM, Gender Studies, or Social Sciences.

Experience:

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in training, development, capacity building, and academic or educational reforms.

Positions at Punjab Rural Municipal Services Company – Tehsil Office (PRMSC-TO):

Computer Operator (3 Posts)
Locations: Pakpattan, Taunsa, and Darya Khan.

Qualifications:

Intermediate education with a diploma in Computer/IT.

Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant work experience in data entry or related fields.

4. All posts will be on a contract basis with an initial period of 3 years, extendable based on performance.
