We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager IT to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT infrastructure, supporting users, and maintaining system performance.

Responsibilities:

· Managing ServiceDesk (Manage Engine): Generating reports, task assignments, analyzing complaints, logs, and providing timely solutions.
· File Server Management: Handling quota management, data backup, data recovery, and assigning user rights.
· Active Directory Server Management: Creating new user accounts and assigning necessary rights.
· Full and Final Settlements: Ensuring seamless transition of employee accounts and systems during exit processes.
· VPN User Management: Creating VPN users and assigning the appropriate rights.
· UniFi Controller Management: Managing device connectivity, performance monitoring, firmware upgrades, and overall device behavior.
· Hardware Issuance: Managing hardware distribution in accordance with company policies.
· Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Resolving issues promptly to ensure minimal downtime.
· Installing and Configuring Hardware and Software: Setting up and maintaining IT systems.
· Providing Technical Assistance: Offering timely and effective support to internal teams.
· Software Updates and Patch Management: Ensuring all systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches.
· Network Support: Providing initial network support and escalating issues to the appropriate personnel.
· Report and Documentation Creation: Ensuring accurate record-keeping and documentation of IT activities.
· User Support for Remote and Field Offices: Supporting field teams in Dubai (Ismail Global), regional sales managers (RSM), area sales managers (ASM), and distribution centers.
· Software Troubleshooting: Assisting with troubleshooting new software as per user requirements.
· Server Management: Overseeing AD and File Server management to ensure optimal performance.
· Network Infrastructure Management: Handling Fortinet devices, UniWiFi, and fiber connectivity.
· Helpdesk Support Team Lead: Leading and managing the helpdesk support team effectively.
· Network and Infrastructure Design: Overseeing the management, design, and implementation of network and infrastructure projects.
· IT Infrastructure Diagrams: Preparing and updating LAN/WAN diagrams for the overall IT infrastructure.
