Job Responsibilities:
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Estimating, negotiating, and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes Â
- Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary Â
- Monitoring and controlling Production KPIs
- Maintaining components Yields as per the business plan
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Supervising and managing the work of junior staff Â
Job Requirements:
- BS/MS in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics
- 3-4 years of experience in Beverages/FMCG
