SHAHEED BENAZIR BHUTTO UNIVERSITY OF VETERINARY AND ANIMAL SCIENCES SAKRAND

POSITIONS VACANT: Applications are invited on the prescribed Application Form, from candidates domiciled of Sindh Province, for the following positions at Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Sakrand, District Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh.

1. Registrar (BPS-20) – Tenure Post for Three Years

Required Qualification & Experience:
Master’s Degree with a minimum Second Division (16 years or above or an equivalent) qualification from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Minimum 14 years of post-qualification relevant administrative experience in a university, Government/semi-Government/organization in National/International level in BPS-17 or equivalent or above.
Preference will be given to those with knowledge of Government rules and regulations.
Computer skills are mandatory.
No third division in the academic career.

2. Controller of Examination (BPS-20)

Required Qualification & Experience:
Master’s Degree with a minimum Second Division (16 years or above or an equivalent) qualification from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
Minimum 14 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a university, Boards/Government/semi-Government/organization in National/International level in BPS-17 or equivalent or above.
Relevant experience will be given preference.
Computer skills are mandatory.
No third division in the academic career.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Download the prescribed application form for the above posts from SBBUVAS’s website (www.sbbuvas.edu.pk), and submit a demand draft (nonrefundable) of PKR 5,000 for the above posts in favor of SBBUVAS Sakrand.
Candidates already serving in Government/Semi-Government and Autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel with NOC from the employer and should submit the same along with the application. Such incumbents will be responsible for getting themselves relieved properly from their departments.
Age relaxation will be admissible as per Government Policy.
Application form with CV along with attested photocopies of CNIC, Degrees, Pass & Marks Certificates from matriculation & onwards should reach the office of the I/C Registrar, Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University of Veterinary & Animal Sciences, Sakrand on or before 15th January 2025.
Incomplete applications as per the instructions mentioned above and/or late applications received after the specified date and time shall not be entertained/considered.
Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application forms with required documents complete in all respects.
The University reserves the right to cancel the advertisement as part or whole, increase or decrease the number of posts, or withhold the appointment or interview at any stage, without assigning any reason.
Only eligible/shortlisted candidates shall be called for written test/interview on the mailing address/call letter.
Canvassing or influencing any staff of the University in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
The decision of the University shall remain final and binding in all cases.
Applying for any post is not a right to occupy the seat in any reason; complete procedure may be fulfilled and the University reserves the right to fill the posts as per need.
No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the test/interview.
