Territory Sales Manager (TSM)
Responsibilities:
- Promote Sales & Expand Customer Base: Achieve sales targets and increase new customer activations within the market.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer relationships, maintain profitable portfolios, and provide excellent customer service.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan and follow up on customer visits, maintain weekly schedules, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze customer data, track KPIs such as turnover and margin, and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar Sales role within a retail or wholesale environment.
Department Manager (DM)
Responsibilities:
- Department Operations: Ensure the department is stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory and coordinate restocking.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and train staff to enhance the shopping experience.
- Sales and Profitability: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability through promotions and analyzing sales data.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff, maintain schedules, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies and health and safety standards through regular audits.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: 2+ years in a similar managerial role within a retail or wholesale environment.
