Job posting for a Manager Investigation – Digital Banking Fraud position at Soneri Bank.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for conducting digital banking fraud investigations, requiring strong technical knowledge of digital banking fraud investigations.
- Curtail the bank’s exposure to digital banking-related frauds.
- Conduct investigations within the defined turnaround time and share investigation reports with the line manager.
- Recommend proactive measures to mitigate fraud, identify new fraud trends, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Liaise with issuing banks for fraud investigations and recoveries of fraud cases.
- Ensure effective coordination with the Banking Mohtasib Pakistan (BMP) and relevant investigative organizations in the best interest of the bank.
- Identify process gaps and suggest policy-related recommendations to address direct fraud exposure.
- Create deterrents and recover fraudulent losses for the bank in digital banking fraud disputes where possible.
- Ensure smooth coordination with other units, branches, and Member banks as required.
- Collaborate with the ADC Operations Department and Card Dispute Unit.
- Utilize the FTDH system to close cases referred for investigation within the defined turnaround time.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the unit head for digital banking fraud.
Qualification:
- Graduate
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years (Must possess analytical skills and related experience of Digital Banking frauds investigations)
