𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Senior Officer Treasury & FX – Dealer Interbank FX/Sales

𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 Lahore

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Graduation (Candidates who have cleared CFA Level II or higher will be preferred).

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 2-3 years of banking experience, preferably in Treasury or Portfolio Management.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

➡️ Proficiency in FX Interbank and Sales Desk.
➡️ Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and decision-making skills.

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲

➡️ Assist the Desk Manager in establishing and implementing trading and funding strategies to meet turnover targets and maximize profitability.
➡️ Manage inter-bank FX trading activity while adhering to risk limits, compliance standards, and Shariah guidelines.
➡️ Control and monitor FX risks and ensure trading within set limits and bank directives.
➡️ Manage cash flow and generate liquidity by providing competitive rates.
➡️ Forecast FX rates, analyze market trends, and provide information to enable better decision-making for quoting rates on assets and liabilities.
➡️ Achieve FX sales targets to drive exchange income.
➡️ Reduce audit objections and ensure adherence to Shariah guidelines.
