Job Identification:We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to be a part of our Sales team located in Islamabad, Pakistan.
What We Expect
- Volume & NSR Goals: Ensure targets for pack-wise volume and Net Sales Revenue (NSR) are met, suggesting new sales strategies and providing accurate secondary sales forecasts for the area main.
- Availability Expansion: Drive market growth by creating and retaining new outlets in line with targets and area potential.
- SFE KPI Improvement: Analyze Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) KPIs, recommend improvements, and maintain accurate and updated sales data for the area.
- In-Outlet Execution: Oversee daily in-outlet activities to meet PicOS and RED standards, ensuring all marketing initiatives are executed correctly.
- Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, reporting insights and proposing strategies to counter competitive efforts.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the proper deployment and optimal use of company assets, including coolers, signage, and promotional materials.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, manage complaints, maintain detailed customer records, and oversee account settlements.
- Team Management: Train and develop presellers to build an effective sales team capable of meeting area objectives.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferable)

Job Identification
We are looking for a Procurement Associate to be a part of our Procurement team in Head Office, Lahore.
What We Expect
- Ensuring the creation of SAP P2P at agreed prices for the set suppliers related to the categories managed by the group office or central procurement, following up the operational process, tracking the delivery of POs, tracking the goods receipt and invoice receipt.
- Arranging and tracking necessary contracts with the suppliers
- Ensuring all procurement activities meet CCI policies and audit expectations.
- Creating monthly procurement reports in line with targeted KPIs.
- Conducting supplier research, good utilization for eProcurement tools made available by CCI, SAP purchasing operations
- Effective collaboration with cross functional departments both for daily operations and to understand their needs.
- Evaluating and tracking supplier performances (scorecards).
- Managing purchasing processes (Organizing, following up and executing supply processes) in order to annual purchasing goals.
- Following the closure of the POs created, to engage in the solution of invoice / payment problems with the supplier.
