Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hospital’s front office, ensuring efficient and professional management of reception, patient registration, and customer service. This role focuses on maintaining a welcoming environment, streamlining patient flow, and providing exceptional service to patients, visitors, and staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise front office staff, including receptionists, patient coordinators, and administrative assistants.
- Ensure smooth and efficient patient registration, admission, and discharge processes.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and maintain front desk operations, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office staff to maintain high performance and service standards.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to ensure effective patient flow and service delivery.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
- Experience: Candidates with 5-10 years of experience in front office management, ideally within the hospitality or hotel industry, with a strong preference for those with hotel management expertise.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage a dynamic work environment.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
