We are looking for Lead MPS – New Business Development
We are seeking a dynamic Lead for our Manpower & Placement Services (MPS) team to drive global recruitment efforts and develop new business opportunities for workforce supply services. In this pivotal role, the resource is expected to:
· Engage with international clients directly in their home countries, introducing DEL’s manpower services and expanding our client base beyond DEL’s existing network.
· Manage external business manpower requirements, including mobilization campaigns across Pakistan, ensuring a steady talent pipeline for overseas deployment.
· Identify and capture new business opportunities with recruitment agencies and workforce suppliers across global markets, with a strong focus on MENA, South Africa, and Eastern Europe.
· Facilitate smooth overseas mobilization by adhering to local and international employment regulations, visa requirements, and labour laws.
Education & Relevant Experience:
MS HR/MBA-HR/MBA, with 8-10 years of experience in bulk recruitment and administration within a medium to large-scale organization, specifically for new business acquisition and client development in international markets.
