Are you an experienced and strategic thinker with a passion for driving employee engagement, retention, and organisational growth? We are seeking a talented HR Manager to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in crafting and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, etc.
Drive organisational development. Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement and retention.
Leverage HR data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Write and update HR content, policies, and materials to reflect best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: MBA/MS/BS in HR.
Experience: 3–5 years in an HR leadership role with proven expertise in HR strategy development and implementation.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities; strong analytical skills to make informed decisions using HR data.
