- BSc. Food Technology or a related field

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and inspect the production processes of cereal and pasta products at various stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure that food handling, storage, and transportation practices meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Document deviations, corrective actions, and improvements made in production processes.
- Conduct physical and chemical tests on products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Record and analyze test results to identify deviations from product standards.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control tests and inspection results until the final release of finished goods.
