Job Title: Deputy Manager Tax and Secretarial Compliance
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling daily tax-related matters of the company, including tax changes, tax declaration, tax analysis, etc.
- Responsible for Advance tax calculations, Income tax and sales tax returns, timely filing of withholding tax statements and federal and provincial sales tax statements;
- Responsible for liaising with the tax authorities, maintaining good communication with tax bureau and other relevant tax-related departments
- Deals with Corporate laws related matters
Requirements:
- Education: ACCA/CMA/CA Finalist
- Experience: Minimum 4 years’ experience
- At least 3 years’ tax related experience
