Experience: Overall 10 to 12 years of experience in Warehouse Handling & Operation independently as Executive / In charge Which contains, Construction of Infrastructure & Specific for discipline of Civil Projects.
Skills Required: Well versed in using SAP, Planning & Organizing, Negotiation / Conflict management, Material identification i.e Civil, Mechanical, Tools, Decision making /Communication.

Descon Engineering is looking to hire “Lead Supply Chain”
Education: Bachelor’s/Master Degree
Experience: 12 to 15 years’ experience in Supply chain of Civil & Mechanical projects
Location: Lahore (Head Office)

Job Description:

· Review and approve Material Rates Sheet and forward it to Proposal Department along with all supporting quotations
· Review Vendor’s documents obtained for Pre-qualification
· Evaluate Vendor against Descon’s Pre-qualification criteria
· Review Vendor’s Master Data on annual basis in order to ensure its completeness, integrity and accuracy
· Inform Vendor about the evaluation criteria against which vendor’s performance shall be evaluated
· Review and sign off the Vendor’s Performance Evaluation Form
· Ensure all Open PO (i.e. Partially Open or Completely Open) which are no longer required are closed in the system on monthly basis
· Maintain record of all information / data / documentation pertaining to procurement as referred in Supply Chain Manual
· Carry out vendor master data maintenance / cleansing activity on quarterly basis
· Generate Master Data Maintenance Report outlining actions taken during master data maintenance / cleansing activity and share it with Manager Supply Chain and Business Process Owner for their information
· Nominate the Buying Specialist at site and Head Office respectively for petty cash
· Review and approve manual comparative Statement for procurement through petty cash
· Review and approve Purchase Orders as per Financial Authority Limits Policy
· Review and approve ‘After the Fact’ work orders
· Review LC Opening Request Form
· Approve a Rate Running Contract I Agreement for transportation of goods for a duration of project
· Responsible for overall record keeping and maintenance of all data pertaining to procurement
