Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to sustain and grow the business, expand the customer base, support new product development, and deliver training and educational programmes for the sales team and key accounts.
Meet or exceed sales, prescription, and market share objectives.
Monitor, document, and report on competitor activities within the territory, and formulate effective counter-strategies.
Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support to all clients, addressing customer complaints promptly.
Manage recoveries and ensure customer outstanding balances are maintained in accordance with the Company policy.
Conduct product and market surveys to identify market gaps and develop targeted strategies.
Achieve specified sales and profitability targets within the region.
Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain optimal stock levels.
