Job Description:
Responsibilities includes to maintain the decor of our podium and stall, ensuring a professional and presentable appearance in line with our dress code. The candidate will update displays for KENWOOD and HOMAGE electrical appliances, confidently communicate product features to customers, and actively participate in on-floor operations. They should stay informed about competitor marketing activities and provide relevant updates to their team leader. Additional responsibilities include managing new orders, coordinating daily activities with their floor management, ensuring timely deliveries, and facilitating communication between Customer Services Department and customer for after sales services. Should maintain good working & friendly relationship with designated store’s Management.
Job Specification:
Candidate having atleast an Intermediate with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience along with good presentation and communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage customer. A solid understanding of appliances is crucial for effectively detailing products to customers. Prior experience in retail or brand promotion with proven record to meet sales targets is a plus.
