SITUATIONS VACANT: The Board of Investment is looking for energetic professionals to work in an exciting project with tremendous opportunities for learning, professional growth, and interaction with international experts on business climate improvement and investment regimes. These positions will be on a contract basis, and the project titled Sector Mapping & Regulatory Transformation (SMART) will be funded by PSDP. Below are the details of the positions:

Business Reforms & Automation Expert (PPS-09)

1. Pay: PKR 306,250/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 40 years
5. Required Qualification: 16 years of education in the field of Public/Business Administration or Business Management from a University/Institute recognized by HEC.
6. Required Experience: At least 7 years of experience in public policy, government administration, change management, or reforms in the public sector or a reputable private institution. Relevant consulting experience with Multilateral/International organizations. Proven track record of completing reforms, process re-engineering, or automation of processes.

Legal Specialist (PPS-08)

1. Pay: PKR 218,750/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 32 years
5. Required Qualification: LLB or Degree in Law from a reputable foreign university/institute recognized by HEC. A higher qualification in Law is preferred.
6. Required Experience: At least 5 years of post-qualification experience, including handling corporate/legal matters, interaction with regulatory bodies, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, and strong research and analytical skills.

Business Analyst (PPS-07)

1. Pay: PKR 157,500/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)

4. Age Limit: Up to 32 years
5. Required Qualification: 16 years of education in BSCS/BS IT/BS Software Engineering from a University/Institute recognized by HEC. Preference will be given to candidates with professional certification.
6. Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Quality Assurance professional. Experience in eliciting requirements, testing, and working knowledge of backend/frontend web technologies (Java, SQL, React, etc.).

Public Sector Specialist (PPS-07)

1. Pay: PKR 157,500/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 32 years
5. Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Business/Public Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences from a University/Institute recognized by HEC.
6. Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in public sector regulatory compliance or process re-engineering. Experience in public sector processes, business communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and handling teams is required.

Regulatory Modernization Specialist (PPS-07)

1. Pay: PKR 157,500/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 32 years
5. Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Business/Public Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences from a University/Institute recognized by HEC.
6. Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in public sector regulatory compliance or process re-engineering. Adequate knowledge of public sector processes, business communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

SME Specialist (PPS-07)

1. Pay: PKR 157,500/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 32 years
5. Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences from a University/Institute recognized by HEC.
6. Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in public sector regulatory compliance or process re-engineering. Knowledge of SME sector challenges, business communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Content Writer (PPS-06)

1. Pay: PKR 105,000/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 30 years
5. Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Communications, Marketing, English, or Journalism from a University/Institute recognized by HEC.
6. Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in content writing for marketing purposes. Impeccable grasp of the English language, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Sector Associate/Specialist (PPS-06)

1. Pay: PKR 105,000/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 03
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 30 years
5. Required Qualification: 16 years of education in Business/Public Administration, Economics, or Management Sciences from a University/Institute recognized by HEC.
6. Required Experience: Academic qualifications, internships, or work experience in relevant fields. Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

Assistant (PPS-05)

1. Pay: PKR 70,000/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
2. No. of Posts: 01
3. Domicile: Merit
4. Age Limit: Up to 25 years
5. Required Qualification: Graduate
6. Required Experience: Working experience in the public or private sector will be preferred.

Chowkidar (PPS-01)

• Pay: PKR 28,000/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
• No. of Posts: 01
• Domicile: Islamabad/Rawalpindi Local Basis
• Age Limit: Up to 25 years
• Required Qualification: Literate

Sweeper (PPS-01)

• Pay: PKR 28,000/- per month (Lump Sum Pay Package)
• No. of Posts: 01
• Domicile: Islamabad/Rawalpindi Local Basis
• Age Limit: Up to 25 years
• Required Qualification: Literate

Terms and Conditions:
