Position: Manager Territory Sales SME
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Be responsible to manage SME sales in assigned territory.
- Be responsible for personal targets as well as targets assigned to the team member(s).
- Coordinate with Reseller Partners on an ongoing basis for operational support and monitoring.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Ensure that monthly targets of team members are being achieved for sales, retention and recurring revenue.
- Approach high potential SME customers for Sale Closures. Add value for the customers by offering volume discounts through cross selling & up selling.
- Ensure timely deposit of all payments by the team members and coordinate with Regional Finance for timely posting of payments.
- Coordinate with SME Reseller partners for operational support, coaching and training needs.
- Assist with reporting of all activities for the Zonal Area including customer`s visits, sales, retention, complaints and incidents.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
QUALIFICATION: Bachelors Degree from a reputable university

Position: Manager Digital & Financial Services – Development & Planning
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Be responsible for MFS product development, which includes identifying new products, making updates to existing ones, addressing product gaps, and defining solutions. You will also be tasked with delivering projects in collaboration with technology, product, and business teams.
- Be responsible for projects of Ufone’s financial services (UPaisa), overseeing the product development lifecycle. This will enable UPaisa to introduce more use cases, products, and services to its offerings.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
- Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships.
- Define the product development strategy and roadmap.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification:
- Minimum bachelor’s or master’s Degree Preferably in Computer Sciences
- At least 6-7 Years experience having 1-2 years with Product development for MFS domain.
- 1-2 years of Project Management Experience of SDLC execution.
