Deputy Director (Law)

Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Professional degree in Law i.e., LLB or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign educational institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in law practice and/or working as an in-house counsel or legal consultant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Candidates with LLM/Bar-at-Law and legal experience in the following areas will be preferred:
  - Investment laws and contracts, commercial finance, EPC and concession agreements, and associated documents.
  - Regulatory laws and issues of the Energy/Power industry.
  - Corporate, commercial, taxation, and insurance matters.
  - Demonstrated understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms, including ADRs (Alternative Dispute Resolutions).

Deputy Director (Human Resources)

Qualification/Experience/Skills:
- Professional degree in Human Resources (HR) from an HEC-recognized local or foreign educational institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performing human resource functions in a modern corporate setup.
- Expected to contribute in HR matters such as:
  - HR planning & strategies.
  - Career planning & development.
  - Job analysis & specification.
  - Succession planning, training & development.
  - Performance management system.
  - Recruitment, etc.
- Preferred skills include:
  - Organizational Development (OD).
  - Good understanding of different HR models.
  - Analytical skills and knowledge of the latest HR information systems.
  - Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  - Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Proficiency in MS Office.
