Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Production – Solid Manufacturing for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align production activities with company objectives to ensure high-quality products in full compliance with cGMP standards.
- Manage production costs efficiently, keeping expenses within budgetary limits.
- Lead departmental planning to achieve production targets based on sales demands.
- Maintain strict disciplinary control within the department.
- Oversee bulk manufacturing of solid dosage forms, including granulation, powder blending, compression, coating, blistering, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the R&D Department to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, as well as oversee the commercial-scale manufacturing of new products.
- Drive staff training, development, and team-building initiatives.
- Assist the Production Head in ensuring timely completion of all validation activities for processes, equipment, and products as per schedules and protocols.
- Conduct regular self-inspections and audits within the production department and ensure findings are addressed.
- Ensure full compliance with GMP, cGMP, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
