Team Lead BSS Engineer
Experience: 3 years Experience in Telecom Field Qualification: Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunication Location: Nationwide
Requirement:
- Monitor and control BSS Activities
- Performing full scope of integration activities, including preparation/planning, configuration for appropriate network elements
- Perform Pre-integration site checks according to installed hardware and system requirements to ensure that all equipment is ready for testing & integration
- Trouble shooting & Rectify different faults of RBS & transmission, such as BER testing, VSWR, TRX blocking, Cell break alarm etc.
- Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of GSM network equipment
- Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting Â
- Perform software commissioning of wireless Network elements and integration with related network elements
- Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process Â
- Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration Â
- Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process
- Provide technical solution planning and hands-on support to the field engineers Â
- Provide comprehensive reports including physical test results, verification of network operation, identification of weak areas, proposals for corrective actions and recommend solutions depending on the scope of work and other service requirements.
