Job Title: Staff Embedded Linux Engineer
Location: Islamabad (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
· Port Linux on our custom hardware platform along with support of various interfaced chips.
· Implement drivers where such are not available from online sources.
· Ensure security of any code being used in the port (along with all custom modules).
· Design, code and integrate software for new embedded Linux applications.
· Improve and maintain the existing code base by incorporating new features and providing bug fixes.
· Root-cause issues reported by QA teams and customer feedback
· Lead a team of embedded software developers and ensure all tasks are delivered on time, everytime!
Requirements:
· Have a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer/Software Engineering with 4-5 years embedded Linux experience (MUST have).
· Linux board porting experience. Setting up cross compilation toolchain and building bootloaders, Kernel images and root file system for target device.
· Strong C/C++ & Python skills.
· Experience with Yocto project & Buildroot.
· Experience developing and debugging kernel drivers for embedded Linux.
· Experience with ARM Cortex Application processors.
· Experience with implementing device security concepts including secure boot, secure firmware update & trusted execution environment.
· Experience using repository tools for code management

Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Engineer
Location: Islamabad (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
· Build technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, technology landscape and supply base for inverters/converters/BMS especially in China
· Conduct supplier and market research to make informed procurement decisions and develop sourcing strategies that align with project timelines and cost targets
· maintain a database of trusted suppliers in the area of company business
· Review, analyze, and compare bids from suppliers, ensuring identical scope and quality requirements are included in all proposals
· Manage supplier relationships, serving as the main point of contact for any issues, including contract amendments and change orders
· Identify risk items (long lead parts, high-cost components etc.) and propose alternatives keeping in mind performance and PCB constraints
Requirements:
· Have a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering with 2-3 years’ experience in supply chain management (MUST have).
· Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects, with various teams including Engineers and Supply Chain personnel
· Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills
· Ability to analyze/execute manufacturing contracts, NDAs and RFQs
· Ability to review component datasheets and compare specifications for possible alternatives
