We are looking for an Experienced Professional for the following position based in our “Head Office – Karachi”.
“Customer Service Executive”
Job Description:
Incumbent shall be responsible to ensure the complaint registration and issuance of complaint # to each customer and maintain the service level as per the defined KPI’s. Avoid any abandoned and drops calls and add the complaint and inquiries in ERP system as per the standard procedures.
Job Specification:
The Candidate having Graduation (min) in any discipline with atleast 1 year of experience of call center will be preferable for this position.
