Caretaker of Hostel :

Assistant Registrar of Examination:

Tenure: 1-Permanent
Experience: 5 years administrative experience in a recognized University
Qualifications: Master Degree in Library Science with 02 years experience in an educational institution from a recognized University with 02 years experience of organizing and issuing certificates

Librarian :

Tenure: Contract
Qualifications: TES CS (4-years), BS IT (4-years), BS SE (4-years). Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience of designing, developing and implementing IT solutions for large IT setup of public/private organizations having a large number of users. Experience in developing desktop and internet based applications with strong database management skills and client server architecture. Must know the backup and recovery procedures. Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council.

Data Base Administrator :

Tenure: Contract
Qualifications: Diploma of Associate Engineering in Computer Science or Architecture from a recognized educational institution or B.Sc. in Computer Science with five (05) years’ experience

Assistant :

Tenure: 2-Permanent
Qualifications: MSc/M.Phil/MS Computer Science or with 02 years of relevant experience

Programme Officer:

Tenure: Contract
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution, Preference will be given to experienced candidates with relevant experience

Transport Officer:

Security Officer:

Junior Engineer (Civil) :

Stenographer:

Tenure: Contract
Qualifications: Typing speed of 80 words per minute in English, 05 years experience of handling same work in Govt/Semi Govt organization

Telephone Operator:

Tenure: Contract
Qualifications: Diploma of Associate Engineering in Electronics from a recognized institution

Terms and Conditions of Advertisement:

Candidates should submit their applications on the prescribed application form, which can be obtained from the University of Sahiwal.
Applications should be accompanied by a bank draft of Rs. 2000/- for posts of BS-17 and above, and Rs. 1000/- for posts of BS-16.
Candidates must be Pakistani Nationals.
All necessary documents, including attested copies of educational qualifications, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile certificate, and passport-sized photographs, should be attached with the application form.
The selection process will include written tests and interviews.
The University reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post or cancel the entire recruitment process without assigning any reason.

The appointment will be subject to the rules and regulations of the University of Sahiwal.
