CAREER OPPORTUNITIES: SECP, the apex regulator of capital markets and the corporate sector of Pakistan, requires the services of qualified, result-oriented, energetic, and enthusiastic professionals from Balochistan province, having impeccable integrity and exceptional analytical skills, for the following Islamabad-based positions on a contractual basis for three (03) years:

Deputy Director (01 Position)

Qualification:
LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC recognized institute/university and must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court for the last 04 years.
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the Bar at Law course after LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
Post Qualification Experience:
Applicants must have at least 06 years of post-qualification experience, including as an Advocate High Court, with proven experience in independently handling corporate litigation and criminal prosecution and advisory.
Age Limit:
The maximum age should not exceed 40 years on the last date of submission of the application.
Candidates, who have at least 3 years’ experience working with a regulator, will be given age relaxation of 5 years.

Assistant Director (01 Position)

Qualification:
LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC recognized Institute/University.
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the Bar at Law course after LL.B. or LL.M. degree.
Post Qualification Experience:
Applicants must have at least 03 years of post-qualification experience in the related field.
Age Limit:
The maximum age should not exceed 35 years on the last date of submission of the application.
Candidates who have at least 3 years’ experience working with a regulator will be given age relaxation of 5 years.

The above resources shall be hired from Balochistan province only; therefore, suitable candidates from Balochistan are encouraged to apply.

The Commission may consider the regularization of the positions (after three years) subject to meeting the criteria prescribed for this purpose.
