Sympl Energy is hiring for the position of Telesales Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on promising leads.
- Answer inbound calls from interested prospects and respond to their queries.
- Accurately record client details and interactions in the CRM.
- Qualify leads for the outside sales team.
- Maintain and manage customer accounts, fostering solid relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Sympl Energy products and services to provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Perform market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with other staff to promote company products and services.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Sales, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 6 months or above
- Those with experience in Call Centers, Telemarketing, or Telesales are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Location: DHA Phase 4 Lahore
Working hours: Monday – Friday (9AM – 6PM)
