Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Logistics Professional to be appointed as a 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 at 𝐏𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐐𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐦, 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢.

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

· Arrangement of TLs as per product release plan in advance.
· Arrangement of GC TLs and dealing with contractors.
· IDT execution actual vs planned.
· Daily pre-loading / pre–decanting checklists making & inspection while sharing findings if an issue arises.
· Retail / IDT planning & execution along with following up loaded TLs to decant timely and report back without any unnecessary delays.
· Local fleet monitoring and arrangement/information regarding delays in decantation at retail sites.
· Timely floating information regarding TL breakdown, issue loading slips, plan product dispatch
and acknowledge invoices received from retail sites.
· HSE training of drivers as per the annual HSE plan shared and recording attendance of drivers.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Graduate / Masters
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 5-7 years of relevant experience in logistics, preferably within the OMC sector.

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge of OMC Logistics and Fleet management experience. Must possess good command of MS Excel, and ERP Systems. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills to develop a strong and varied network of contacts across the industry.

Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for a Logistics Professional to be appointed as an 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 at the Head Office, in 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢.

𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

· Maintaining and overseeing financial (billing, payment plans) / Operational (movements, fleet utilization) monthly KPIs.
· Data management and reporting on TL-wise cost, fueling, shortages, revenue, mileage, qty moved.
· ETA report management.
· Conduct Cartage Contactor/COCO Vendors Transport Agreements.
· Management & overseeing Tracker Operations, KPIs, and Tracker Agreements.
· Road incident details, recovery, and penalization.
· SAC Outside Revenue/Trips calculation

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Graduate / Masters
