Please note that it is on-site full-time position based at our Corporate Office, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

Preferably a post graduate degree in Commerce /Business administration with specializations in liability management or/and banking & finance or Master in IT/Computer Science from a HEC recognized / overseas institute.

Preferably 3-4 years’ experience of liability MIS and regulatory reporting. Exposure to Microfinance / Consumer banking / Retail / asset / & regulatory reporting experience in local financial institutions / multinational environment is a plus.
Practical experience in Core banking system implementation – preferred

Main Responsibilities:

Data Reporting
· Preparing customer related reports for liability data and sharing with departments within stipulated timelines.
· Preparation, completion of liability related regulatory reports as per stipulated guidelines.
· Assist manager in data reporting cell in managing and maintaining various liability related data dumps received from different relevant sources and consolidate the same for effective management usage.
· Assist manager in data reporting cell in providing accurate and timely information as required by regulators and internal teams.
· Identifying processes gaps to ensure improvement in overall efficiency in data reporting cell.
Cross Department Coordination
· Coordinate with relevant IT desks for data extraction, where related reports are not available on front-end of systems.
· Ensure the accuracy of extracted data gathered by the relevant units i.e. BSAS and ITD.
· Preparation of reports and ensure they are reflective of the latest provided data.
· Arrange and process liability reports requested by all other departments at corporate office.
Audit & Compliance
· Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required customer related liability reports upon requirement(s).
Ensure that the liability reporting function adheres to all compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
· Coordinate with internal / external audit & SBP inspection and provide support in timely resolution of liability reporting related audit/inspection findings.
