We are seeking a proactive and creative PR Specialist to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop content strategies for influencers that align with brand values and campaign objectives.
Identify and explore new influencers for various campaigns, ensuring relevance to products and sales initiatives.
Manage affiliate models for influencers to optimize collaboration and results.
Create and maintain an influencer club/community to foster better relationships and outcomes.
Coordinate end-to-end interactions with influencers, including communication, agreements, and campaign execution.
Handle logistics and product dispatching in collaboration with the relevant departments.
Conduct research on local and global brands to understand their influencer strategies and apply best practices to our campaigns.
Monitor influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Track and analyse the performance of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Assist in organizing events and activities involving influencers to maximize brand exposure.
Manage the influencer budget, ensuring cost-effective partnerships.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging influencers to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Support the PR team in other related tasks as needed to ensure successful campaign execution.
