Key Responsibilities:
Payments Systems Development:
Develop and implement Payments systems strategy and processes to achieve effective and optimum expansion of the channel by ensuring compliance of internal & external regulatory standards.
Channel Enhancement:
To revamp and enhance Payments channels related services while managing product proposition in collaboration with external and internal agencies to keep abreast with the competition and changing trend of the industry
Collaboration:
Effectively builds and maintains partnerships with clients, Country switch, prospects and people at all levels across the industry. Contributes to team and company success. Maintains flexibility and reacts to change appropriately. Communicates and shares information with candor that builds trust and enhances relationships
Administrative Management:
Continuously manage administrative functions to ensure quality and timeliness, manages accurate and timely operational activity and operational reports.
Payments Channel Management:
· Monitoring Fee recovery (issuance and renewal).
· Conversion of registered customer base into active customer with support of activation and awareness campaigns & introduction of incentives.
· Reduction of customer churn.
· Design offerings that allow payments across billers.
· Add feature / offerings to mobile app that facilities payments.
Vendor Management:
Prepare Business Requirement document, give feedback system integration testing, conduct User acceptability testing and have system level changes made via raising Change request to the respective vendors (internal and external).
Customer Service and process improvement:
· Manage channel complaints for resolution within defined TAT
· Monitor and ensure that the overall transaction rejection rate is below 2% monthly.
· Conduct comprehensive product related training on a regular basis
· Liaison with branch staff for product information update.
· Develop and improve processes for providing improved customer convenience.
Risk & Compliance:
· Strict vigilance on operational controls.
· Process documentation.
· Monitoring the PSD portfolio and ensure zero % operational loss.
· To ensure that operational scope remained compliant with internal and external regulatory standards at all times.
Required Education & Experience:
Minimum Bachelor, preferably Master, degree in Business, Accounting & Finance, IT, Project Management, or relevant Engineering from an HEC recognized university or reputed foreign institute.
International Certification in Payment systems, highly desirable.
10-12 years’ demonstrable, progressive experience in relevant field in a similar environment
